FCPS has one of the strongest retirement plans you will find anywhere. Our complete retirement program is made up of 3 parts: Social Security, Georgia TRS or PSERS and the FCPS Retirement Savings Plan (RSP). Your contributions to Social Security and either TRS or PSERS are mandatory. You may opt in or out of the RSP at any time, but we encourage all employees to save as much as they can at all stages of life.
