FSAs enable you to pay for out-of-pocket health costs like deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, prescriptions and even over-the-counter medications with before tax dollars. You can also use them for dental and vision costs. That is like getting everything at a 30% discount. There is also an increase in what we can put aside into a medical FSA in 2024, so we want to encourage you to take advantage of this tool.
