KEY RESOURCES for our retirement SAVINGS PLAN

Our retirement plan has three parts: TRS or PSERS, Social Security, and the Fayette Retirement Savings Plan (RSP). 

Saving as much as possible at every stage of life will always benefit you. If you are not already contributing to your Fayette RSP, now's the time to start. If you are saving, consider increasing your contribution- just a 1% boost can lead to significant gains over time. In any case, we want to encourage you not to leave things as they are this year.
