KEY RESOURCES for our retirement SAVINGS PLAN

Our retirement plan has three parts: Either TRS or PSERS, Social Security, and the Fayette Retirement Savings Plan (RSP). 

Saving as much as you can at every stage of your life will always serve you well. If you are not saving in the Fayette RSP, start. If you are saving, perhaps bump it up. Even 1% more will make a big difference down the road. In any case, we want to encourage you not to leave things as they are this year.
